Refund policy

We want you to love your K-pop collection! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

1. Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• Pre-order items are not eligible for return.

2. How to Return

• Contact us at itsgingerroot@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions for sending your items back.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

• Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Exchanges will be sent out as soon as the returned item is processed.

4. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend tracking your return shipment—we aren’t responsible for lost packages.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.

• We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
